This is my blog where I will post techniques, ideas, theories, opinions and my experiences regarding Out of body experiences and lucid dreams. I am an administrator on Astralviewers.com and a frequent chatter in both astralviewers and astralvoid's chat. I have been having OOBEs, lucid dreams and Sleep Paralysis for more than a year and I've had enough experiences to be able to tell what works or not. You can find the methods I have gone through in the links above, but also my OOBE theory and what I think it is really happening when we're "outside".
I have created this blog because I do not really like repeating the same thing over and over again so I'd just have everything I need here.
